The job involves working with our expert team in developing modern agricultural plans and communications, building relationships with government departments in order to ensure the success of nationally important work we do and supervision of small projects.

• We are looking for female candidates with a qualification in agriculture, preferably a degree.  Knowledge in forestry will be an advantage.
• Excellent writing and computer skills in Sinhala and a flair for creativity a must.  Spoken English will be an advantage.
• Should be friendly, independent, a natural leader and quick learner with good coordinating skills.
• Candidates from outstation will be provided with accommodation with position based in our Athurugiriya office, just outside Colombo city, where we work as a small team in a safe location due to the pandemic.
